Wenger reveals no breakthrough in Walcott's Arsenal contract talks

Goal.com:

The Frenchman has insisted the club is still trying to keep the former Southampton man in north London, with a number of other top sides interested in the attacker's services.

The story is too old to be commented.

I'm getting tired of this. Wenger or who ever is in charge should have given him an ultimatum and then stuck to it. If you don't want to pay him what he wants then just sell(as sad as that would make me) and bring some one of at least equal quality.
Apparently some teams are willing to buy him at a pretty high price, for a player with only 6 months left in his contract. Arsenal getting 10 to 15mil for him and Arsenal putting anywhere, from 10 to 15mil on top of that, for another player should still be good business....That buys you a 20 to 30 million player.

Have to admit, he was amazing yesterday. If he can play like that more often, he'll actually justify pricing himself out of a new contract at Arsenal.
