Olympics Soccer 2012: Best Players You Haven't Heard of Yet

    The Olympic football tournament is a showcase for young talents across the world, and it will be a chance for many players to shine on the international stage for the first time.

    Only three players older than 23 are allowed on each roster, and it will be the starlets who dominate the competition.

    The world's top clubs will monitor the tournament closely, looking for the next their next big signing.

    Here are five names to learn now, as you will know them after the action is over.

Milo, Defender, Egypt

    Milo's full name is Elsam Ramadan and he is a talented defender for Haras El-Hodood in the Egyptian Premier League.

    He is a versatile player who can play in any spot along the back line.

    His skill has caught the attention of Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, who has been keeping a close eye on the Egyptian international for the past three years, accord to Sky Sports' Graeme Bailey.

    Milo will not shine like some of the other players in the tournament, as he will not be scoring many goals. But his solid defensive play will catch the eye of the European clubs.

Gaston Ramirez, Midfielder, Uruguay

    Gaston Ramirez will wear the No. 10 jersey for Uruguay and will live up to all the expectations that come with that.

    The 21-year-old scored eight goals and dished out four assists in for Bologna in Serie A last season. He was especially strong late in the year and has attracted the attention of several big clubs, including Liverpool and Napoli.

    He will have the luxury of finding Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani with his passes, and both players will likely try and convince him to come to their club.

    Ramirez will prove his talent in London, and he may be set for a permanent move to England after the tournament is over.

Isco, Midfielder, Spain

    Isco is an attacking midfielder who plays for Malaga in La Liga. He will establish himself as yet another bright young Spanish star in London.

    He scored five goals and recorded four assists in 32 appearances for his club.

    His soft touch and creative play caught the eye of Barcelona, according to Goal.com, and a solid performance could catapult him into the spotlight.

    After his performance at the Olympics, Isco may be on his way to one of the world's top club.

Takashi Usami, Midfielder, Japan

    Takashi Usami is a versatile attacker who could be the next Japanese midfielder to star in the Bundesliga.

    His compatriot Shinji Kagawa helped Borussia Dortmund win the German league, and Kagawa is now with Manchester United.

    Usami was on loan with Bayern Munich last season, but did not see the pitch very often. He will play with 1899 Hoffenheim this coming year, still on loan from his Japanese side Gamba Osaka.

    The 20-year-old could be used on the wing or behind the strikers, and he can beat defenses in a variety of ways. The Olympics may be the start of Usami's breakout year. 

Zakaria Labyad, Forward, Morocco

    Labyad is a 19-year-old winger who plays for Sporting Lisbon.

    He came up through the youth ranks at PSV EIndhoven and scored seven goals in 26 league appearances, before the Portuguese club signed him earlier this summer.

    Ladyad is one of the most exciting talents in the tournament, and he has the pace and skill to dominate opposing defenses.

    This youngster has a bright future ahead of him and his rise to international stardom could start this summer in London.
