Striker set for talks on Wearside
Sky Sports sources understands that Sunderland have agreed a fee with Wolverhampton for wantaway striker Steven Fletcher.
The Black Cats have seen three bids turned down for the Scottish international striker, and that prompted him to hand a transfer request at Molineux.
Fletcher's stance has seen him not involved under new boss Stale Solbakken - who has been keen for the saga to come to an end.
Wolves insisted that they would not let Fletcher, or any player, leave until their valuation was met.
Now following talks, the two clubs are understood to have agreed a fee.
