Manchester United are eyeing unsettled Barcelona star Cesc Fabregas. This week, Cesc spoke of his frustration over a lack of starts this season under new coach Tito Vilanova.
France Football says United and PSG are on red alert of Cesc being unsettled and internally discussing a massive January offer for the ex-Arsenal captain.
Both clubs are drawing up bids of £35 million to test Barca's resolve.
