If you don't like it, you must go somewhere else, says Arsenal boss

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted his players must show total commitment - or else they must leave the club. Wenger has already seen key players Robin van Persie and Alex Song exit in the summer, while full-back Bacary Sagna has expressed his frustrations with life at Emirates Stadium. But the long-serving Gunners boss has a clear message for anyone who is not happy in their role at Arsenal. "I believe any player or any employee always has to defend the company he works for," said Wenger. "And if he is not completely happy with it, then he has to go somewhere else. "That is basically what I think. That is what I say to everybody. "It is also important you understand what people feel about the club and their job. It's always important to have good communication with them." Wenger has stressed that he believes Sagna is content at Arsenal after holding clear-the-air talks with the France international.
