West Ham and England legend Bobby Moore was remembered with a series of fitting tributes at Upton Park to commemorate 20 years since the World Cup captain passed away after losing his fight with cancer.

Moore played over 500 times for the Hammers and featured for England 108 times - including famously lifting the 1966 World Cup at Wembley.

Hammers players took to the field for tonight's game against London rivals Tottenham wearing a match strip bearing the words ‘Bobby Moore OBE, 20 YEARS GONE, NEVER FORGOTTEN’ stitched on the front

Flags were flown at half mast and there was a minutes applause before the game kicked off  - as well as a special 100-page programme went on sale with 50p from each copy sold going to the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research in the UK, which has raised nearly £19million since its inception in 1993.

Fans in the Bobby Moore stand also took part in displaying a mosaic depicting his famous No. 6 shirt before the start of the game.
