5 Premier League Footballers Who Should Release Classic Albums

On Tuesday it was revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo's sister Katia Aveiro has launched a pop career, putting out a single called "Boom Sem Parar" ("Nonstop Boom") this week.

You may also know that Glenn Hoddle has now joined the Bleacher Report team to offer his expertise on the beautiful game. While some may remember him as an England manager and Tottenham midfielder, Hoddle's legacy is surely defined by "Diamond Lights," the '80s-tastic single he released with Chris Waddle in 1987. 

These two incredibly tenuous musical links to football got us thinking about the Premiership footballers who could make their mark in pop history with a classic album. Here's what we came up with... 

Every time Manchester Utd's Ashley Young hits the ground writhing in pretend agony, fans and teammates are treated to a sense of Déjà Vu. Perhaps that could be the title of the best-selling album from his folk supergroup?
