Newcastle: 7 Problems Pardew Still Needs To Fix Before QPR

It's not all perfect yet.

What a difference a month makes. At the end of October, Newcastle went into the last international break without a win in the league, and in the bottom three and very few people could ever have guessed that Mike Williamson's message of positivity would turn out to be spot on. Now though, things are looking up, and four victories in four Premier League games have put the Magpies 8th in the table. Some (idiots) have mentioned Europe already, but Newcastle are a long way away from a sustained success period. A lot of good work has already gone into the team's shape and discipline, and tactically the team's recent performances have been spot on. But there is still a lot to work on to make Newcastle's unlikely charge on the top six a serious thing, and with the international break again upon us, Alan Pardew needs to address some important issues before the QPR game...
