Manchester City are launching a bid for Estudiantes midfielder Joaquín Correa.PSG, AS Monaco and Chelsea are all tracking the young midfielder this season.
However, SportItalia says City have stepped forward with a bid of €10 million for Correa.
City hope to sign the goalscoring midfielder in January, sending him on-loan to Sampdoria for the remainder of the season.
Correa, 20, has scored four goals in 27 games for Estudiantes this term.
