The Bianconeri have announced that Andrea Pirlo has completed his move to New York City FC.
They’ve also posted a rather lovely open letter to Pirlo, entitled ‘Grazie Maestro‘, thanking him for “four years of triumph” with the Old Lady.
If it’s all the same with you, we’re just going to wait until NYCFC get around to cross-confirming the news too before we go getting the sky blue bunting out.
After all, we’ve been through all this before with them..

Pirlo joins NYCFC as their third designated player, alongside David Villa and Frank Lampard.
