West Ham players taunt Jose Mourinho over FA fine: "Don’t hang around - it'll cost you another £50,000"

Jose Mourinho was taunted by West Ham players over his latest referee bust-up.

Some West Ham players saw Mourinho at half time trying to get at referee Jon Moss and told him: “Don’t hang around there - it’ll cost you another £50,000.”

Mourinho has just been fined £50,000 and given a suspended one match stadium ban which is likely to be invoked after his meltdown during Chelsea’s defeat at Upton Park.

And Mirror Sport can reveal the feud between Mourinho and Moss dates back to March 2014 as the pair have major history.

Moss was the fourth official who directed Mourinho to the stands after the Chelsea boss complained about Ramires being sent off in a 1-0 defeat at Aston Villa. Mourinho was given an £8,000 fine and wanted about his future conduct.

West Ham players were aware from the start of Saturday’s highly-charged London derby that Mourinho and Moss were “bickering” throughout. Mourinho does not like Moss and the feeling is now likely to be mutual.

Mourinho was incensed after Cesc Fabregas had a goal ruled out for offside and Nemanja Matic was dismissed for two yellow cards, the second of which Chelsea insist is unfair.

Under-pressure Mourinho then tried to force his way in to the referees’ room at half time to confront Moss who had already sent coach Silvino Louro to the stands.

The officials then invited Mourinho into the referee’s room - only to tell him he was dismissed to the stands.

Mourinho and his entire coaching staff dodged the post-match press conference and made straight for the team coach after the game.

Mourinho’s last punishment came after his post-match rant at referee Bobby Madley following Chelsea’s defeat to Southampton.

The Portuguese has been hit with a £50,000 fine and a suspended stadium ban and his actions and flare-ups with officials are understood to be concerning the Chelsea hierarchy as much as the bad results on the pitch.
