Lewis Dunk will remain at Brighton & Hove Albion until the summer of 2021, after signing an extended five-year deal with the south coast club.

The 24-year-old, who made his Seagulls' debut in May 2010, put pen to paper on a new contract on Tuesday.

He has made more than 150 appearances for the club, helping them to the League One title in 2011.

Manager Chris Hughton told the club's website: "Lewis has been exceptional for me since I arrived at the club.

"His form was excellent last season, and has begun this campaign in the same way.
