Aaron Ramsey ended his barren run in front of goal for Arsenal in their third round FA cup clash with Preston at Deepdale.
The 26-year-old midfielder has struggled for form this season, and was without a goal in 20 games for the Gunners, but his fortunes changed on Saturday evening.
Ramsey’s goal, which made the score 1-1, was brilliantly taken and it appears even BT Sport commentator Darren Fletcher couldn’t believe the Welshman had finally hit the target.
‘Lucas Perez! Oh, it’s the perfect start,’ Fletcher said before quickly correcting himself.

To be fair, the Spanish forward scored away at Bournemouth in midweek and has a good scoring record in cups for the north London club.
You can see why he thought Perez may have been the one to find the equaliser!
Arsene Wenger will be hoping Ramsey takes his form from the cup into the Premier League following an injury to Francis Coquelin.
