Ian Wright has told Arsenal to ‘show some balls’ and perform for Arsene Wenger against Liverpool this evening.

The Gunners travel to Anfield knowing Jurgen Klopp’s side will move above them into fourth-place with a home win.

Arsenal have enjoyed a two-week break from their last outing – a 2-0 win against non-league side Sutton United in the FA Cup.

But before that routine victory, Wenger’s side suffered back-to-back league defeats against Watford and Chelsea, while also capitulating in the Champions League at Bayern Munich.

And ahead of their trip to Merseyside, Ian Wright has urged Arsenal to put in a solid performance for under-fire manager Wenger.

The former striker said: ‘Make some changes boss! What we got to lose? Everyone fancies Liverpool! Please boys show some balls for your manager.’
