Manchester United could be without seven first-team stars when they welcome West Brom to Old Trafford on Saturday.

Jose Mourinho and his side are gunning to break into the top four before the end of the season and need to add another three points to put pressure on Liverpool in fourth.

An injury to Marouane Fellaini on international duty have added to an already long MIA list for United.

English defensive pair Chris Smalling and Phil Jones have also picked up knocks on international duty while Paul Pogba is still struggling with a hamstring problem.

Wayne Rooney makes up the final spot on the injury list ahead of the clash with the Baggies with the captain in a race against time to be fit for Saturday.

The injury crisis is made worse by the fact that two of United’s most influential players are suspended.
