Real Madrid: Jose Mourinho Ready To Leave By the End Of the Season

According to Madrid-based newspaper "As", insiders claim that Mourinho is just one step away from leaving "Los Blancos" after yet another feud with the board.
The theme is recurrent. Finding a replacement for Higuain has been Mourinho's demand, but Madrid's board does not want to buy another striker.
After the recent tie against Almeria, who are currently placed last in La Liga, Jorge Valdano went on to say that he did not understand why Mourinho is in need of a No. 9, when there was one [Benzema] sitting on the bench.
Mourinho responded with his typical irony, stating, "I am too old for getting notes through the press."
It is known in Spain, that Mourinho is clearly unhappy with Real Madrid's structure. According to many insiders, Real's manager believes that Madrid's front office is unorganized and lacks professionalism, which is caused by diverging opinions within the board.
Mou has also been unhappy with the club's approach in Llorente's deal. The coach of the year wanted to sign the striker, but Madrid reckoned that signing the Basque starlet would hurt the institutional relationships between Spain's most popular club and the football symbol of Basque pride, Athletic Bilbao.
On top of that, Mourinho has given up on signing a striker to replace Gonzalo Higuain who has been declared unavailable for the rest of the season because of injury.
One should not forget that "the Special One" had already predicted that it would be hard to win La Liga and the Champions League without another striker.
As of today, Mourinho can only count on Benzema, but the French talent hasn't impressed the experienced manager.
As if this wasn't the only reason to be upset, Real picked up only one point after playing against Almeria, which means that "Los Blancos" have to cut a Barça's four point lead, if they are to become champions.
The supposed dream tenure at Real Madrid is becoming a nightmare for Mourinho. Many point at Manchester as a possible future destination.
Mourinho's love for the Premier league is well known and many would like to see Mourinho either replacing Sir Alex Ferguson, whereas others wouldn't mind seeing him taking over at United's cross-town-rivals Manchester City.
Still, these claims about Mou's future destinations are nothing but speculation.
In the meantime, the Valdano-Mourinho feud is only contributing to a slow destruction of Madrid's campaign, which is doing nothing but helping arch rivals Barcelona.
Will Mourinho's story in Madrid end up with a smile? No one can tell, but by the look of it Madrid fans might as well expect a new coach come June.
