Manchester City fans got a close look at the players they expect to mount a serious challenge for the Barclays Premier League when Roberto Mancini's squad were put through their paces at an open training session.
Thousands of supporters turned up at the Etihad Stadium as new signings Gael Clichy and Stefan Savic got to work.
Argentina star Sergio Aguero, the £38million arrival from Atletico Madrid, did not take part.
Aguero was forced to sit out the Dublin Super Cup at the weekend as he blistered his feet training in boots that were too small.
