Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho has hit back of reports that he is on the verge of quitting the club by stating he is 'happy in Madrid'.
Reports in Spain claim that the former Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan boss is fed up with the bad blood in the Los Blancos dressing room and has threatened to walk out at the end of the season.
They also claim that the Portuguese has already held talks with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez and managing director Jose Angel Sanchez to explain his reasons.
After suffering their third loss in four matches against Barcelona in the King's Cup quarter-final, first-leg last week, Mourinho was unhappy with his team's attitude, but insisted there has not been any conflicts in-house.
"I am happy in Madrid and the squad do not have any problems with me," he said, speaking ahead of Wednesday's return leg at the Camp Nou.
"At the moment, we're leaders with a five-point lead on the team everyone says are the best in the world.
"Before I arrived here, the club was used to being knocked out of the King's Cup by teams from a lower division, and we won the competition last season.
"And then we won six games out of six in the Champions League. So I think we haven't got as many problems as people want to say."
Pepe is expected to play in the tie if he is passed fit, despite the controversy over his alleged stamp on Lionel Messi's hand in last week's first game.
The 28-year-old, who was left out of Sunday's La Liga win at home to Athletic Bilbao has denied intentionally treading on Messi in the 2-1 defeat.
Midfielders Lassana Diarra and Esteban Granero both have minor knocks but are expected to join Pepe in the matchday squad.
