We as footy fans are blessed to be living in such a technologically advanced era.

It takes just the click of a mouse or remote to span the globe and be a part of the action. With such advances nobody is ever too far removed from the pitch.

Diehards are not limited to just the local pubs and villages, and the global appeal of so many different teams forces clubs to utilize technology in order to connect so many supporters.

And as one of the world’s most popular clubs, Arsenal FC must never slack when it comes to keeping up with the masses. It is vitally important to do so not just from a longevity standpoint, but with today’s fast-paced transfers, rumors and newsworthy stories, people want immediate feedback.

Here are 10 wonderful websites Gunner fans should definitely take a look at, ranging from serious to satirical to downright official!

“The Arsenal site, for Arsenal fans” – a bold claim, but this site definitely doesn’t disappoint (like a certain Russian does at times). It features insightful articles, game breakdowns and even a betting link!

A very clever play on Arsene Wenger’s nickname, this user-driven site will surely appeal to the spirited Gooner. Simply reading the “about” section makes a fan feel inclined to voice their opinions and qualms.

The name says it all, as this blog gives breaking information a cunning spin when it comes to just Arsenal. The writers are intelligent and the sources are credible, which is always important.

Just like anything in life, why settle for knock-offs when you can have the real thing? The official Arsenal FC website is an obvious choice when a fan wants no-nonsense information.

This website is unique because it goes beyond the run-of-the-mill previews, reactions and profiling of the club. I particularly enjoy the business tab, where the authors give thoughts on the backroom portion of Arsenal, like owner Stan Kroenke.

Straightforward to the n-th degree, this easy to read and easy to navigate site has a newsroom vibe. Readers use a "kick rating" in determining the accuracy of transfers and stories, and I suggest fans come here first when the rumor buzz starts swirling.

A longstanding Gooner runs this passionate blog, and his team uses the current trends and developments of the London outfit in creating posts. Very well written and organized, check out the “Behind the Arse” section for a bit of commentary and laughs.

Intricate, precise and welcoming, fans of the club should recognize this affiliate with the Arsenal-specific magazine The Gooner. Not only can you thumb through specific issues of the magazine, but you can listen to podcasts, view high-res picture galleries and even test your Gunner knowledge!

Not necessarily aimed at Arsenal specifically, this witty website is a personal favorite of mine and boasts plenty of Arsenal banter. Hilarious and unbiased observations can be found here and their Top 10 galleries are guaranteed to get a rise out of any footy fanatic... be advised though that some are NSFW.

Just because you are an American doesn’t mean you don’t know your football. Check out this great US-based blog, and while you’re at it, check the Yankee Gooner’s Travel Guide for tips on planning a trip out to the Emirates!

I understand there are dozens and dozens of great websites devoted to London’s most successful club, so I apologize if I may have forgotten a gem. Use the comment section to post websites, blogs and links I may have missed, and continue to spread the cheer to fellow Gooners!
