Argentine in line to play next week live on Sky Sports

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini has admitted that Carlos Tevez will 'probably' be involved against Chelsea next week. Tevez has not played for City since September and the infamous clash on the bench during the UEFA Champions League defeat at Bayern Munich. After seeing numerous moves away from the club fail to materialise, and after being absent without leave back in Argentina for the latter part of the year, he returned to England last month. Tevez has now been back in training for the last few weeks and is closing on a return to action for City. The 28-year-old's return could give the team a timely lift after defeat at Swansea on Sunday saw them surrender top spot in the Premier League to arch-rivals Manchester United. City are not in league action again until Chelsea visit the Etihad Stadium next Wednesday - which you can see live on Sky Sports - by which time United could be four points ahead. Asked if Tevez could be available for that game, Mancini said: "We will see in the next week. It depends on Carlo. "If Carlo is okay then probably, but it depends on a lot of things."
