Manchester City will travel to the Emirates to face Arsenal in the Carling Cup quarter-final while Chelsea will meet Liverpool at Stamford Bridge in a repeat of the 2005 final.
Crystal Palace will face Manchester United at Old Trafford while Cardiff City or Blackburn Rovers will be in the semi-finals after they were drawn to face each other in the Welsh capital.
