4 games for ps4 this month o.O

aksmashh2739d ago (Edited 2739d ago )

4 games no one could give a flying two ..... about

Its about time someone set up an petition to opt of ps plus and just pay for online multiplayer

Only download resogun since i had this dog .......

ChronoJoe2739d ago

That's a shame aksmashh, you've missed out on some really fantastic games that have been on plus. Sure, they've not been excellent every month, but games like Transformers Devastation last month was a great offering.

Deadly Tower of Monsters is actually pretty fun, the game has a good sense of humour.

Hedstrom2739d ago

Aksmashh: No Rocket League????????

aksmashh2739d ago (Edited 2739d ago )

To the above

Ive got rocket league lol

But its coming up to two years!!!!!

There so many games released but they giving games i wouldnt buy

Just off the top of my head just cause, watch dogs, killzone, uncharted collection, last of us, order ect....

andrewsquall2739d ago

@ChronoJoe Don't forget Resident Evil REmake too. And that was just last month too. Do we need to give more examples longer ago than just last month lol?

Goldby2739d ago

Someone is onestly bitching about 4 free games.....

Hmmm entitlement is strong in this one

Deadpooled2739d ago

@aksmashh

NBA 2k16 in June?

Aenea2739d ago (Edited 2739d ago )

@aksmashh

There's an option for only online multiplayer! It's $60/€50 a year! No games included! How's that?

@quickkkill

6 games for PlayStation for me each month! Good to have all 3! :p

Gazondaily2738d ago

Meh...nothing standout there at all

G20WLY2738d ago

Another good month for me. In the last sale I was either going to buy Everybody's Gone to the Rapture or The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. Due to my backlog, I couldn't remember which I'd bought, so I rushed to my Library...there's Ethan Carter!! *Fist Pump* X^D

DarXyde2738d ago (Edited 2738d ago )

Aksmashh,

Have you tried writing a letter to Sony, notifying them that they aren't catering to your particular tastes?

I'm sure they'll have your back and put your name up in highlights on the PlayStation store if you do.

C'mon, man, really? If Resogun was the only game you saw yourself liking, I'm not really sure what to say about that.

Muzikguy2738d ago (Edited 2738d ago )

@aksmashh

Funny you would mention that because that's been how I've looked at PSPlus this whole time. Try that, and you'll probably feel a lot better. The free games are EXTRA, an added bonus.

Or you could ask Sony for an online only option. They'll probably tell you something like "have you tried our PSPlus yearly offering of $60/year? Play online as much as you'd like" 😄

PistolsAtDawn2738d ago

True, but they are all really bad games

nitus102738d ago (Edited 2738d ago )

Personally, I am not overly interested in those games although I may give them a try, who knows I may actually like them and after all, I am still playing on and on "Lords of the Fallen".

The main reason for me having a PS+ subscription are the discounts I can get on games that I really want to play. Having the ability to play online is also a major plus.

TWB2738d ago

@ChronoJoe

Furi

I had noticed it before release and was mildly interested, but then it came to PS+, and Im glad I got to play it so early, because I would seriously consider it my personal GotY nominee.

DarXyde2737d ago

PistolsAtDawn,

A part of me wishes you were proficient at trolling. With everything you say, it's a shame you're not better at it.

Everybody's gone to the rapture is amazing as well! I've already bought it, but definitely worth a buy

FunAndGun2739d ago

Omg, I bought Everybody's Gone to the Rapture and it was the worst gaming purchase I made in a while. Was so boring and never went back.

monkey6022739d ago

Rapture was okay at best I thought.

I'm fairly disappointed this month, but after the last couple of months being so good I guess that bubble had to burst eventually

thejigisup2739d ago (Edited 2739d ago )

Can't wait to play deadly tower of monsters, this had been on my to buy list for a long time!

shabz6662738d ago

yesss mine too. looks hillarious

lelo2play2738d ago

Another meh month for PS4 on PS+... as expected.

thejigisup2738d ago

This month offers a lot of value and a good variety. The games majoritvely have good ratings and reviews, I'll be checking them all out at some point. Why is this month meh?

Sparta072738d ago

" Another meh month for PS4 on PS+. "
Lol. I wouldn't expect you to think otherwise, lelo.
Unbelievable free games and people cry about it.

IamTylerDurden12738d ago

Excited for Deadly Tower, I almost bought it multiple times. Rapture is great

lipton1012738d ago

I already bought rapture. Honestly, I can care less about these games but I'm not going to throw a tantrum over it like these children above. They're an added bonus to ps+. If you count on the "free" games each month to satiate your entertainment due to a lack of disposable income, you should start to sell your shit because video games are the least of your worries

Solid month with Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture and Dirt 3 imo

Neonridr2739d ago

well... not to be that person. But Rapture is essentially a walking simulator, along the lines of a Gone Home, there is not much gameplay to be had aside from learning a story. I would say that the Deadly Tower of Monsters looks a little more appealing.

Not even going to comment on the Vita offerings..

DragonDDark2739d ago

Yeah, but lots of people find different things "appealing"

pompombrum2739d ago

Rapture has always been a game I've wanted to play but probably would never have bothered buying so it's a welcome addition for me. Still though, younger PS Plus subscribers are probably less enthusiastic but I imagine many are used to that by now.

Kurisu2739d ago

I enjoyed Everybody's Gone to Rapture. I can't deny that it IS MOST DEFINITELY a walking simulator. But it's a beautiful walking simulator with an intriguing narrative and even though you don't actually see any of the characters you feel like you get to know them. It's not a game that everyone will enjoy but if you haven't played it yet, give it a go. You might be pleasantly surprised.

nitus102738d ago

I can't really comment on the games since I have never played them and I have never been a fan of Walking Simulators. Still, they are free and you definitely can't please everyone especially those that think they are entitled to the best and damn everyone else. You know the ones that think the world revolves around them. 😉

TWB2738d ago

I legit thought Gone Home was a horror game when I first downloaded it.

Its not garbage, but I would have enjoyed the experience much more in a video form rather than videogame form.

Hoffmann2739d ago

Also Costume Quest 2 on PS3.

Haven't played any of the others but Costume Quest is greatness

SmielmaN2739d ago

Agreed. Really enjoyed costume quest games, even if they for the little ones lol

FunAndGun2739d ago

There is not a more Halloweenie game than the original Costume Quest. It is E for everyone, but pure Halloween greatness.

XanderZane2738d ago

Yes... that and Dirt 3 are pretty much it. Still not a great month.

Silly gameAr2738d ago

It's as good as the first one with a couple of gameplay improvements. I enjoyed it almost as much as the first.

"Sign" that overuse "meh" icon.

Edit : Not even try to talk about this. I can overthinking people going to say something like this : " Oh yes, PS Plus sucks, hooray for Xbox Live Gold ". Ugh, with that overuse mocking. People on internet are so typical. 😑😩

Edit#2 : @Movefasta1993 Im just overthinking.

Neonridr2739d ago (Edited 2739d ago )

lol, I just sort of throw my hands up in the air. Whatever right.. there is always next month.

EDIT : I also don't own an Xbox One, so I don't really concern myself with what they are offering with Gold.

Deadpooled2739d ago

Yup guess I'm paying for PS Plus next month just to play online...

lipton1012738d ago

So you actually pay month to month instead of just buying it for the year??? WOW. A wise, yet stupid (and fictional man) once said: Stupid is as stupid does. If you pay month to month, you're the epitome of stupid.

Deadpooled2738d ago (Edited 2738d ago )

@lip - 'jumping to conclusions' ton101

I got the year pass duh, but my sub runs out next month and i already have another years sub lined up ready to use. Who looks stupid now?
