75% of this match was played in portugals half. argentina were clearly the better team. only thing portugal had going for them was a solid defence. ronaldo was nowhere to be seen except for a few flicks and touches here and there. messi out wide, while active, is clearly not meant to play there.
the goal came in stoppage time when argentina called it a day and were ready to settle for the draw, their defense switched off and they got caught out.
nothing at all like the classic match everyone was expecting.
