The Sacramento Kings organization, led by majority owner Vivek Ranadive, is investing in the Sacramento Republic FC's bid to join Major League Soccer, the soccer franchise announced Wednesday.
Republic FC said the Kings' investment is contingent upon the club joining MLS.
