i dont understand this.....
no team is playing "catchup" in a penalty shootout.
its simple - every penalty is equally important. missing even the first one will cause your team to lose.
even when scores are equal, the pressure is still the same to score the next one.
looking at the united/chelsea 2008 final for example, united went first. but ronaldo who took the third penalty missed. so where was the pressure to "catch up" for the next three chelsea penalty takers?
its like uefa is finding a way to make the sport boring coz people feelings get hurt. when will they realise they not kids,
