Lmao your team played absolutely shit (bar valencia)! Palace was all over you 70% of the time and its just been confirmed man city v liverpool semi final that should be a cracker!
Another cracker of a game to watch. Poor result from United's point of view but i am not exactly shocked to be honest. Only 4 years ago United lost to Coventry 0-2 again at Old trafford, and the 07-08 campaign ended up hugely succesful.
The side looked disjointed and unbalanced on the teamsheet before the game and so it proved to be on the field.
Being fielded in this game usually marks you down as a backup guy and some of the players there showed little motivation, only Valencia seemed up for it.
I think as a United fan you should be disappointed with the result but not gutted by it, the competition for years has not been important and useful only for giving young or fringe players match time.
Why didn't Fergie atleast leave someone like Nani or Hernandez on the bench, someone who is more likely to score than the donkeys that are Macheda and Diouf. Just an awful performance, great goal by Ambrose by the way
19 PL, 11 FA cups 4 League cups 19 charity shields, 3 CL, 1 CWC, 1 Super cup and 1 club world cup. Oh an lets not forget the only english side to do the Treble PL,CL FA cup. Mua ha ha ha ha. He can have me all he wants, mmmmmm.
There seasons going from bad to worse. This is the team that had 3 squads capable of winning the title right? Well I guess I was right when I said there backup is overhyped and only there first team are title contenders. Not even last years joint top scorer could win it for them. There depth isn't good enough simple as that and its games like this that exposes them for what they are. I mean 8 international players were playing that says it all..
These days you get an international place just for playing for utd no matter how good you are.
wow...

I wouldn't 1-2 to be a Manchester United fan at the moment, let me make that Crystal clear to you :)
this is just sad.
Shocking... but that's football, always will have upsets! and that's why I love football!
