Can't win them all goes to show this group isn't a walk in the park unlike some other groups out there. It's all good we'll still come out nice and pretty on top as always. The real challenges will come once we move from group stages.

goku323594200d ago

Yeah this was definitely the toughest group. United got the easiest group in my opinion.

buddymagoo4200d ago (Edited 4200d ago )

It is a tough group but United and Arsenal beat better Ajax and Dortmund teams last year.

I think Barca have the easiest group them being the only champions in that group where there is 2 champions in United's group.

Real will come good though everyone has their off nights.

Edit: It's hilarious that Man Utd is always on everyones mind. We can't only beat what is in front of us.

Can't really disagree with you, UEFA just moves around this OOOOOOooooOOOOH, I see that little disagree there means buddymagoo is typing up some angry message onto why the ManU didn't get a easy group.

EDIT: HAHAHAHAHHAHA I was right!!!!

@Buddy does it matter if United beat Ajax and Dortmund, last i checked you went out the back door of the group stages. I'm sure deep down your thankful your in the group you're in because it means you can see your team play a little bit deeper into the champions. However, brief that maybe ;]

imtiyaz64200d ago

@Buddymagoo, I highly doubt any English team would make it out of this group. On topic, Dortmund has finally settled in Europe. Real didn't really have an off day, Dortmund just didn't let them take control of the game. They were superb and they deserved to beat a very strong Madrid team.

imtiaz

Both Dortmund goals came from Madrid mistakes so I would say they had an off day.

I wonder if Real Madrid will get far this campaign. They seem to be hit or miss even in La Liga.

Nes_Daze4200d ago

I'm surprised but then again I'm not. Dortmund is a great team, and that is the toughest group in the CL, I think Madrid will be fine, I expect to see them in semis at the very least.

Can people please stop pretending that the Bundesliga is a weak league now?

XboxInnovation4200d ago (Edited 4200d ago )

Germany bundesliga is the best league in Europe

Nightfallen4200d ago

No way, it's better than the La Liga though.

XboxInnovation4200d ago (Edited 4200d ago )

I'd say the way Dortmund bossed around Man City and Schalke bossed around Arsenal, it's safe to say German league is ahead of England. We all know Bayern would destroy any English team that didn't get lucky in the process

I'd say Serie A is second, Prem and La liga tied.
