Up 4-0 against a 10-man Italian side in the Euro 2012 final, Spain captain Iker Casillas made it that much harder to not like him by asking the officials to cut the three minutes of injury time a little short and blow the final whistle.
it wasn't one sided it was more one of the boring finals in history. both sided was boring. italy had to play 10 players after motta out half the game spain wasn't that good in fact. i think Portugal should be in the finals instead Spain.
casillas at some time was my fav player in the world ( i am a madridista ) he was fantastic but dunno now he plays for spain with heart and with far better performances than with real madrid most of the goals he takes with real were avoidable easily but somehow he let the ball come in for me cristiano ronaldo should take the balon de or he played great with madrid and portugal then iniesta or casillas 2nd then messi 3rd
If You win the La Liga your considered the best player ever? lol - Doesn't Matter , I believe it shouldn't be either Messi Or Ronaldo this year - Didn't do much special ;)

Sad that he had to do that though, if it weren't for those two injuries, it would've been a closer match, but Spain looked stronger from the beginning anyway. Anybody who didn't see the hunger Spain showed to win the final is blind.
