Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced the signing of defender Andy O'Brien on Wednesday, pending receipt of his International Transfer Certificate and Visa.
O'Brien joins the Whitecaps after spending the past two seasons in England with Leeds United, where he scored two goals in 38 appearances.
