Mourinho happy to keep Kaka

Jose Mourinho insists he hopes Kaka remains at Real Madrid but said it would be up to the player to decide his future.

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has confirmed that he is to hold talks with Madrid president Florentino Perez over Kaka, though both Galliani and Rossoneri director Ariedo Braida have acknowledged that the player's salary would be a significant impediment to any deal.

Madrid are said to be keen to remove Kaka from their wage bill. It has been reported that the midfielder has been informed it is in his best interests to move on, but Mourinho, speaking after the 5-1 friendly victory over LA Galaxy, claimed he would be more than happy to accommodate him.
