Usmanov launches fresh attack on Arsenal board

Arsenal shareholder Alisher Usmanov has launched another angry attack on the Gunners' board, citing "the current politics of the club's management" as one of the factors behind their trophyless run.

Usmanov owns 30 per cent of the north London club and remains the second largest shareholder after Stan Kroenke, but does not have a place on the board.

The story is too old to be commented.

We're in some mess! There is one guy who probably doesn't know much about football and has a reputation for running teams that perform mediocrely in their respective sports, running our club (Although, we've finally shown some good transfer activities in the summer. It probably happened after being pressured by the fans) and then there's another guy who wants to takeover and is willing to invest millions and turn us into a global powerhouse, enabling us to compete with the likes of Real and Barca. The thing is, can we trust the guy? He's already had so many criminal charges pressed against him (some including rape). Bringing him in could tarnish the club's reputation and also make us a sellout like other clubs, I don't want to mention. I wish Arsenal was run by it's own fans just like Bayern.
