I admire Cech for not liking the situation and him standing up will make other players notice. This will also make other players think twice about coming to Chelsea in the future. Abramovich doesn't realize what a knock on affect this revolving door is really having on having on his club. The club will eventually fall apart as nobody will want to play for Chelsea even for all the millions he offers.
