The day local soccer fans have been waiting for has finally arrived. Live, top-quality professional soccer will be played at Raley Field in West Sacramento Thursday night.
In the first of two matches, a team comprised of local All Stars will take on the San Jose Earthquakes reserve squad. The matchup should be an entertaining one, as the local players have a fantastic opportunity to showcase their abilities before onlooking MLS and international scouts.
The second match of the evening features Norwich City F.C. of the English Premier League against Dorados de Sinaloa of Mexico.
