Shillong Lajong FC got off to a winning start with a 4-0 result against Salgaocar FC in the Group C opener of the Federation Cup played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on Wednesday.
Seikhohao Tuboi (15'), Redeem Tlang (37'), Cornell Glen (49') and Taisuke Matsugae (62') got their names on the scoresheet for the winners.
