Thing is, if one keeper gets injured, and they have one left and say if they got red carded (last man tackle to prevent them scoring) They wont have any keepers left (for the next game and remainder of the game)!
Though only four nations have used all 3 keepers in one tourny does suggest it is a waste of place but its just a precaution!
