Don't know if they "should" have won. Some would say Hulk's goal was valid, or that Brazil had plenty of good shots on target and Bravo had to come up with great saves. The shot off the bar was a miss, just like Hulk handling the ball with his shoulder unfortunately ruled out his goal. It's another ugly win for Brazil, but a win nonetheless. Scolari has made it obvious that he doesn't care how his team wins, without jogo bonito Brazil just does what it needs to do to get a win.
I think it's clear that the ball hit Hulk's pectoralis major, not his arm. But in hindsight it doesn't matter much that the goal was unjustly discarded since Brazil ended up winning the match.
Gutted for Chile. Why didn't the keeper do his homework and dive to his right for Neymars penalty, he always takes penos like that. Brazil are scraping through at the moment.
Chile should have won, what an intense game, especially after that last minute shot off the bar.
