Germany midfielder Toni Kroos says his side's victory over Spain on Tuesday is the perfect way to end a brilliant year for Joachim Low's team.
The Real Madrid star helped his side win the World Cup in Brazil during the summer and, though results have tailed off since the victory over Argentina in the Maracana, the 24-year-old is delighted with how 2014 has panned out after they ended it with a 1-0 win over the European champions in Vigo on Tuesday.
