WC: If Alan Pardew’s recent successes and the 5th place finish he lead the club to in 2012 has proved one thing, it’s that underwhelming managers can manage spectacular things. It might be unfair to cast Pardew off entirely as a terrible manager – it is a close run thing there for a while and the jury should still be out – and over the years Newcastle have been stuck with some seriously poor managers.
