Stephen Constantine stressed that in order for India to progress as a footballing nation and achieve its dream of making it into the World Cup, comprehensive work needs to be done in the field of grassroots and youth development.
"I don't want to dwell on what we should have done and what we didn't do. I have to look at what we have now and work on that. We have to work on grassroots and youth development because that's the only way we can get results,” he said.
