West Ham are stepping up plans for life without Sam Allardyce and have identified Marseille coach Marcelo Bielsa as their top target to replace him.
Allardyce's contract expires at the end of the season and the Hammers have no plans currently to enter into new negotiations over an extension – despite the 60-year-old's bullish statements to the contrary.
