Maradona: I'll be Fifa vice-president if Prince Ali wins election

Diego Maradona says he has a chance of becoming Fifa vice-president if Prince Ali bin al-Hussein wins the election to succeed Sepp Blatter.

The Jordanian stood against Blatter in the recent Fifa presidential election, but failed to prevent the Swiss from winning a fifth term. However, after a series of arrests in relation to corruption charges across world football's governing body, Blatter announced four days after the election that he will be standing down.

The story is too old to be commented.
