Sinisa Mihajlovic says he is "convinced" he will succeed at AC Milan and turn the club into one of Europe's great footballing forces once again.
The Serbian signed a two-year deal earlier this month after leaving his previous role with Sampdoria, but faces a difficult task to halt Milan's slide.
