Tottenham Hotspur manager Harry Redknapp believes the team fully deserve to win a place in the Champions League next season. Following the 1-0 victory against Manchester City which has awarded Spurs with European football next season, the English tactician remarked that it was a "good night".
Redknapp reserved some special praise for striker Peter Crouch, whose header eight minutes from time gave Spurs the upper hand against their top-four rivals.
After the game, a delighted Redknapp said: "It's fantastic. It's been a terrific season for us, we've played some great football along the way and we deserve it.
