Tottenham Hotspur look set to beat Liverpool and Arsenal to the signature of Galatasaray winger Arda Turan, according to Turkish radio station Radyospor.
Spurs are reported to have agreed in principal to sign the 23-year-old for £4 million plus Mexican forward Giovanni dos Santos who had been on loan at the Turkish side.
