After failing to appear in France’s starting XI in either of their two World Cup warm-up matches, Thierry Henry has confirmed that his role in South Africa this summer will primarily be from the bench.
Henry has endured a difficult season with Barcelona, making increasingly fleeting appearances, and as such he believes it was to be expected that Raymond Domenech should make such a call.
