ARGENTINA striker Gonzalo Higuain has snubbed a move to England by penning new terms with Real Madrid.
Despite finishing as the club's top goalscorer in La Liga for the past two seasons, there was speculation the 22-year-old could ditch the Bernabeu in favour of a switch to the Premier League.
Arsenal and Chelsea were rumoured to be lining up big-money bids but Higuain has opted to extend his stay at Madrid by signing on until 2016.
