Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas has sustained a knock which could keep him out of Spain's World Cup semi-final with Germany on Wednesday night.
Initial reports suggest that the Catalan star has suffered a blow to his fibula and has gone to hospital to undergo tests.
