"We were led to understand the website would be taken down on Monday morning and that Fabio's name and picture would not be linked in any way with this Index," The Sun quoted an angry FA source, as saying.
"When that did not happen, we were told it was due to a technical issue. But this is not the case as amendments have since been made to the site. The site has nothing to do with the FA and we are not in a position to get it taken off the web," the source said.
