(GSM) - Wolfsburg have warned rivals that they intend keep key duo Edin Džeko and Zvjezdan Misimovi? at the club for the coming season.
Highly rated Bosnia striker Džeko has been linked with a host of clubs across Europe with the likes Manchester City, Juventus and Milan pursuing the goalscoring forward.
And midfield maestro Misimovi? has been linked with several other Bundesliga clubs in recent weeks, but Wolfsburg managing director Dieter Hoeness has stated that the pair are going nowhere.
"We have decided to end the recurring speculation: both Edin Dzeko and Zvjezdan Misimovic will be staying at Wolfsburg, no matter what offers come in for them," said Hoeness.
