BR: Cruz Azul defeated Atlante 2-0 in the Mexican League Games under heavy rain. The victory was made possible by Manuel Alejandro Vela who scored the first goal in 30 minutes after taking advantage of an opening in the goal post of the Atlante Section to score a direct kick.
